AFF’s Foreign & Commonwealth Assistant, Michelle Prince Burnett, has now moved on after three years of outstanding work. In her time at AFF she has helped thousands of Foreign & Commonwealth families, championing their needs and striving for the best outcome for all.

Whilst AFF recruits a replacement for Michelle, it will be unable to man the Foreign & Commonwealth enquiries service until mid-September. Please note, cases that are already on the system will be dealt with and in exceptional urgent cases, AFF will still offer assistance.

To find out if you fall into emergency criteria and are eligible for help, visit https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/fandcemergency

If you do not meet the emergency criteria, please visit the AFF Foreign & Commonwealth information page. This will be updated regularly and has a wealth of information which may help you find the answer to your query.

You can also contact the HIVEs at ITC CatterickLeconfield or Marchwood who all have a firm understanding of F&C policy and issues and may be able to help.

Follow AFF’s social media pages on Facebook and Twitter @The_AFF for further announcement on when normal service will be resumed.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and will work to resolve the staffing gap as quickly as possible.
