A NEW advisory team has been set up to offer guidance to unit HRs, service personnel and families on Continuity of Education Allowance.
It’s part of the Pay and Allowance Casework and Complaints Cell (PACCC) and can help with complex cases.
The aim is to ensure accurate interpretation of policies and consistent guidance when it comes to making decisions on CEA.
You should still approach your unit HR first for all pay and allowances queries, including CEA but if needed, the team can be emailed at: DBSAFVS-MilOps-PACCCCEAAdvice@mod.gov.uk
Make sure you provide your number, rank, name, unit and enough detail when you make an enquiry so the team can give you accurate advice.
