The Forces Employment Charity is offering Service leavers and military families the opportunity to explore new careers in technology this September.
Pathways into Tech 2024 will focus on areas including cyber security, software development and IT infrastructure.
The event, which is also open to reservists and veterans, will give people the chance to meet career consultants and hiring managers and hear from former military personnel who have already made the transition into Civvy Street.
It’s being hosted at the Google Academy in Buckingham Palace Road, London on September 11, between 10am and 6pm. There is a live stream for those who can’t be there in person.
A regional half-day event is also being planned for later in the autumn involving tech sector employers who have a presence outside London.
