Self-care Sunday Series is an initiative from Amy Peak, Kelly Wales and Pollyanna Kane, who were running retreats for military spouses via, but as they could no longer do these in the current climate, they decided to provide online support to their community.

The series focuses on how you can put yourself first for a change. They’ll demonstrate how you can create life-changing habits, which will benefit not only your physical health but your mental health. You’ll be able to listen to a range of guest experts who will talk about issues such as:

  • Overcoming imposter syndrome
  • Health and wellness
  • Nutrition and healthy eating
  • The benefits of staying active
  • Introduction to conscious breathing.

There will also be weekly recipes, podcast recommendations, mindfulness and meditation, journalling and a book club!
