John Stephenson’s book, The Making of a Hunter, is a useful guide for those leaving the armed forces.
John, who left the army in 2017 as a regimental sergeant major, uses his years of experience to explore the elements needed to successfully move to civvy street. The book helps readers understand what it takes to craft a standout CV, effectively prepare for an interview, know how to network, and identify the skills, qualities and experience needed to land the right role.
