IS your soldier part of the Reserve Forces? Are they a military veteran? South East Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (SERFCA) based in Hampshire, offers support to veterans and current members of the Reserve Forces from all three Services including cadets and adult volunteers.
Now the organisation has gone a step further by developing an innovative employment website called Jobs4Reservists.
The website, which is free to use, is set up to support Reservists and veterans who are seeking employment and put them in touch with employers who have vacancies to fill.
Fred Hughes, SERFCA’s Corporate Communications Officer, said: “If you are an ex-Serviceman or woman, Reservist or veteran, who is looking for a job, then visit the site and take a look. If you are an employer the site is free to advertise.
“So far we have had some very positive feedback and to date we have advertised more than 1,000 jobs; hits on the site are increasing each week.”
